Prediction Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the "Terms") govern participation in the interactive game called "Disney+ Predictions – World Cup 2026" (hereinafter, the "Predictor" or the "Game"), organized by The Walt Disney Company Argentina S.A. (hereinafter "Disney" or the "Organizer"). The Predictor is a not-for-profit digital entertainment experience that allows Disney+ subscribers to predict match results at the 2026 FIFA World Cup™ (the “Tournament”). By accessing, registering or participating in any way in the Predictor, the user declares that they have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms, as well as the Privacy Policy of The Walt Disney Company applicable in their territory. If the user does not accept the Terms in their entirety, they must refrain from participating.

The Predictor is organized by The Walt Disney Company Argentina S.A. with legal address at Av. Leandro N. Alem 1050, Floor 13, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. The Predictor is not organized or sponsored by FIFA or any of its affiliated entities.

The Predictor will be available from June 5, 2026 to July 31, 2026, inclusive (the "Effective Period"). The Tournament includes the following reference dates:

●​ Group stage: from June 11 to June 27, 2026

●​ Round of 32: starting July 4, 2026

●​ Quarterfinals: starting July 9, 2026

●​ Semifinals: starting July 14, 2026

●​ Final for third place: July 18, 2026

●​ Grand Final: July 19, 2026

The Organizer reserves the right to extend or reduce the Validity Period for operational, technical or force majeure reasons, without prior notice.

The Predictor is available exclusively for the Argentine Republic.

To participate in the Predictor, the user must meet the following requirements:

●​ Be the holder of an active Disney+ account with a current subscription to any of the available plans (including Standard and Premium plans).

● Be over 18 years of age at the time of participation.

●​ Have internet access and a compatible device with an updated web browser.

●​ Not be a direct employee, contractor, supplier or direct family member (up to the first degree of consanguinity or affinity) of The Walt Disney Company Argentina S.A. or its affiliates, unless you access through the employee version.

User is responsible for ensuring compliance with eligibility requirements throughout the Term. Cancellation, expiration or suspension of the Disney+ subscription during the Term will not give rise to any claim regarding participation history, accumulated points or unlocked achievements.

The Predictor is an entertainment and gamification experience that allows participants to make predictions about the results of Tournament matches. The Game does not involve betting, skill competitions with cash prizes, or any other element that qualifies it as a game of chance or betting activity under the legislation of the Argentine Republic.

The Predictor will have the following functionalities:

●​ Group stage predictions: the user can predict the result of each group stage match, indicating the exact score and the "Man of the Match".

●​ Bracket predictions: the user can predict the progress of the teams through the different rounds of the Tournament, including the direct elimination phases.

●​ Private Leagues: The user can create or join private competition groups ("mini-leagues") to compete against friends, family or other users. Each league can have up to 2000 participants. Each user can create up to 10 private leagues and join an unlimited number of leagues.

● General ranking: the system shows a ranking by country of the participants with the highest number of points accumulated, visible to everyone in the corresponding territory.

●​ Trophies and achievements (badges): Participants can unlock digital badges (trophies) within the Predictor by reaching certain participation milestones, such as a series of consecutive correct predictions. These trophies are merely decorative and have no economic value nor are they exchangeable.

Predictions must be made before the official start of each match, in accordance with the official FIFA World Cup 2026™ calendar. Once the match has started, no new predictions or modifications will be accepted. The system will take the official start time of the match as a reference.

IMPORTANT: This Predictor DOES NOT grant prizes of any kind. Participation in the Predictor is free and does not imply any obligation to purchase or pay additionally beyond the current Disney+ subscription.

The only benefits derived from participation in the Predictor are intangible and internal to the platform:

●​ Trophies and digital achievements (badges) within the Predictor, without economic value.

●​ Position in the general ranking by country.

●​ Enjoy the entertainment and fandom experience associated with the Tournament.

●​ Access to the special badge linked to the Disney+ ecosystem Benefits (Perks).

The Predictor, including its design, source code, graphics, text, logos and any other elements, is the exclusive property of The Walt Disney Company or its affiliates, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in each territory. The ESPN logos and trademarks are the property of ESPN, LLC. or its affiliates and are used under the corresponding internal agreements. The user does not acquire any intellectual property rights over the Predictor or its contents by participating. The reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial exploitation of any element of the Predictor is expressly prohibited without prior written authorization from the Organizer.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. In the event of any controversy arising from the interpretation, application or compliance of these Terms, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.

The processing of personal data of participants residing in Argentina is governed by Law No. 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data and its regulatory standards. The person responsible for the data archive is The Walt Disney Company (Argentina) S.A. The Organizer will collect personal information submitted by participants in accordance with its data protection policy (hereinafter “Personal Data”). Personal Data obtained from participants will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Policy contained at https://privacy.thewaltdisneycompany.com/es/ (the “Privacy Policy”), which participants must comply with and respect. Participants may verify in the Organizer's Privacy Policies the details for exercising the rights of access, modification or deletion of their Personal Data and the conditions of their treatment according to their place of residence. The Organizer may use Personal Data for the purposes of this Predictor; Once completed, the Organizer will delete all Personal Data from its databases. The Organizer does not sell or rent the Personal Data provided by participants to third parties. From time to time, Personal Data may be provided to other companies working on behalf of the Organizer, including the Predictor's technology provider (Dedalord), under appropriate confidentiality and data protection agreements. By using the Predictor, you expressly accept and authorize the Organizer to use your Personal Data within the scope previously referred to.

The owners of personal data in Argentina have the power to exercise the right to access them free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is proven for this purpose in accordance with the provisions of article 14, paragraph 3 of Law No. 25,326. The Agency for Access to Public Information, the control body of Law No. 25,326, has the power to respond to complaints and claims filed in relation to non-compliance with the rules on the protection of personal data.

The Organizer will not be responsible for:

● Technical failures, interruptions, errors, omissions, delays or any defect in network communications, hardware or software that prevent or hinder participation in the Predictor.

● Unauthorized access to the platform or alteration of participant data by third parties.

●​ Loss of participation data or prediction history due to technical causes beyond the control of the Organizer.

●​ Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from access or use of the Predictor.

●​ The accuracy of the official results of the Tournament matches, which are provided by sources external to Disney.

The Organizer does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Predictor and may carry out maintenance, updates or modifications without prior notice, seeking to minimize the impact on the participants.

Participation in the Predictor implies knowledge and acceptance of the Terms, as well as the decisions that the Organizer makes on any matter not provided for in them. The rules will be published at: predictions.disneyplus.com
